 About your facilitator Al Cooke

Al has over 35 years experience working as a trainer both in his own business and for various others including the aviation industry. He is known for delivering his own induction and training programs for new recruits. Before leaving the employ of Gatwick Airport Al built a base for his two businesses to grow by working to lay the foundation and growth on his days off.

He started Norstar Magnetics Ltd over 12 years ago and the Norstar brand is now synonymous with quality health care products after exposure on national TV. Al is a member of d the Federation of Small Businesses being very passionate about the quality of service he gives both his customers and clients.

From an early age Al was involved in sport and at 22 years of age was one of the youngest to obtain his football coaching qualification at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre. He went on to solely devise a unique sports development program from concept to implementation that lead to the nurturing of individual and team talent after which he studied a became a qualified magnotherapist in 2003.
